Pac Man and Mega Man Join Streetfighter X Tekken
The Blue Bomber and Pac Man have joined the fray. Capcom and Namco recently announced that Mega Man and Pac Man will be part of the Streetfighter X Tekken roster, but are available only on the Playstation versions (PS3, PS Vita) of the game.

Analyst Claims Sony is Under Pressure to Cut Vita Price
In a recent interview with Bloomberg Hideki Yasuda, an analyst for Tokyo based Ace Securities Co., stated that Sony is starting to come under pressure to cut the price of the not yet released PlayStation Vita. The Vita is upcoming portable gaming system and is the successor to the PlayStation Portable. The new touch screen capable system is highly anticipated by gamers but with Nintendo’s recent decision to drop the price of their new handheld, the 3DS, some gamers feel that Sony should follow suit.

PlayStation Vita Coming to the U.S. Early 2012; No Price Cut in the Works
Some were hopeful that Sony would be bringing the PlayStation Vita to the U.S. and Europe during the holiday season this year but today Kazuo Hirai, Sony Corp. Executive Vice President, said it will not go on sale until early 2012.

Sony Buys Sucker Punch Productions
Sony has purchased Sly Cooper and inFamous developer Sucker Punch for an undisclosed amount. Sucker Punch will now develop all future titles exclusively for Sony platforms. Chris Zimmerman of Sucker Punch also hinted at a future release for PlayStation Vita.

NGP Possibly Delayed In Some Regions
Expected to release the 2011 holiday season, Sony's Next Generation Portable could face launch delays. Japan's March 11 earthquake caused damage to a number of Sony's Northern Japan facilities and are the cause of the potential delays. Initially planned as a worldwide release, the new portable may only reach one market this holiday season.

Sony Drops the PSPgo to $150
Sony quietly updated their website to display a new price for the PSPgo, dropping it yet another $50 to $150. With Sony promising most current digital content will be compatible to the upcoming (and still not officially named) NGP, now may be the best time to pick up one of the sleek PSPgo's.
