Catherine Demo: A First Look at Atlus’ Latest Title
Back in February, Atlus released the demo for Catherine in Japan. While the demo was not up for long, those who already had a Japanese account had the chance to get it. If you'd like to be able to download Japanese-exclusive items, demos, and games, you can do so by setting up a Japanese PSN account: look on Google for a guide, as there are a few good ones out there. Since I originally played (and previewed) the Japanese demo, Atlus has set a North American release date for Catherine. So to get all of you prepared for the July 26 release, I thought I would go through the Japanese demo and explain the mechanics behind it.

SOCOM 4 Dancing Its Way To Victory: Beta Impressions
Zipper's SOCOM franchise has been a fan favorite since the original SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALS released on the Playstation 2 in 2002. Impressions: Battlefield 3 Fault Line Episode 2
Yesterday DICE released their second part of their media campaign to promote the upcoming and highly anticipated Battlefield 3. Fault Line Episode II: Good Effect on Target, follows the same squad members that were shown in the first installment on a rooftop avoiding Sniper fire from an adjacent building as they maneuver to a safe place to retaliate with a rocket launcher.

3DS Demo Event: Reactions and First Impressions
This weekend, Nintendo sent the 3DS on tour to many locations around the U.S., hoping to give everyone a chance to check out their newest portable device. I was able to head over to San Francisco’s famous Pier 39 to get some hands-on time with the 3DS and also got some fan reactions to their first experience with the handheld. The verdict: it was a mixed bag, with some people loving it right away and others being very skeptical.

Day Two, PAX East: The Demos
Day two of this journey was much smoother in that I was able to arrive at the Boston Convention Center early, and because my luggage arrived from the airport at 2 A.M. Semi-rested, I began to tackle the entire Expo floor and get some hands on time with some extremely cool demos.
