Community Voice: Black Friday – How’d You Do?

Despite the recession, Americans still come out in droves for Black Friday weekend, either in person or online, and stores did their best to draw crowds (real or virtual). Nintendo had its special 3DS bundles and blue $99 Wii, Microsoft had several great deals on its console, as did Sony, not to mention many other great deals. How'd you do? Community Voice: Would You Pay for A la Carte Modes?

With EA experimenting with offering individual game modes for sale, it makes sense that we might see more of this type of thing in the future if gamers buy into it. Would you be interested in buying game modes a la carte, or do you prefer the traditional retail package (even if it's digital)?

Community Voice: Your Favorite Protagonist?

On this week's Community Voice, we're celebrating the long-awaited release of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Nathan Drake is the quintessential protagonist - funny, likeable, and heroic. Community Voice – Online Passes: Solution or Problem?

Many games, including the recently released Batman: Arkham City and Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One require some sort of one-time-use code in order to fully experience the game. Is this a reasonable solution for the "used game" problem, or are publishers being unjust to budget-minded gamers?
