E3: Paper Mario 3DS – New Trailer and Screens

Nintendo revealed the first trailer for its tentatively titled Paper Mario game, releasing for 3DS at some future date.  Unfortunately, other than the screens and trailer, information is scant on this title, although it looks to offer more traditional gameplay from the franchise instead of the 3D-2D swapping that occurred in the Wii game, Super Paper Mario.

The tentatively titled Animal Crossing will bring the franchise to 3DS.  It looks like what you would expect, although the characters seem to have taken on more of a "Mii" look, which makes me wonder if it will be possible to use your Mii instead of one of the pre-made characters?
