PlayStation Store Update: April 12, 2011

If you haven't already, all of you should rush to your PS3s to download Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes HD. I can wait while you do that. Done? OK, now we can move on to the rest of this week's update, which also includes Assassin's Creed as a download, along with the usual slew of add-ons, themes, and more. Capcom Reveals Dragon’s Dogma

Today, Capcom revealed one of their upcoming games to be Dragon's Dogma, an open-world action game that, at least upon first glance, may have you thinking of another one of their flagship franchises, Monster Hunter.

Nintendo Second Quarter Line-up Revealed

Nintendo fans have sat twiddling their thumbs, wondering what the second quarter of this year held in store for their varied consoles and handhelds, including firm release dates for those games we knew were expected over the next few months. Today, Nintendo finally made an official announcement regarding its upcoming games for the quarter, including release dates for several 3DS games.

Nintendo Update: April 11, 2011

Another lean week in download land, with only one new WiiWare release (plus a demo) and three DSiWare games. Maybe Nintendo realizes everyone is too busy playing Pokémon Black/White or fiddling around with their new 3DSes. Review: BallFallDown Deluxe

BallFallDown is almost as silly as its name implies. It's more of a toy than a game, really. Think of it like a virtual construction set, and you start to have an idea of what to expect. If you were ever one of those people who wanted to build the most amazing marble run you've ever seen, then this is definitely an app you will enjoy. BallFallDown gives you a set of basic tools, a blank canvas, and sets you out to create whatever your mind can imagine.

Bioware Sequel Celebration: Get ME2 Free with DAII Purchase

If you already bought Dragon Age II (or were planning on buying it in the near future), Bioware has some good news. Any copy of the game purchased from any retailer (in disc or online form) by Aprili 30, 2011 is eligible for a free, downloadable PC version of Mass Effect 2.

Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes Dated

As I've mentioned before, Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes was one of my favorite DS games, despite the fact that it fell under most people's radar.
