Club Nintendo Elite Rewards 2013

After a long-awaited couple of weeks of seeing the accursed “Thank you. Your rewards are coming soon.” sign on the Club Nintendo homepage, Nintendo has finally revealed what Club N members will be getting for reaching the hard-earned Gold and Platinum statuses. For those of you wondering what all this is about, well, after redeeming so many games, consoles, and handhelds over the course of a year, you earn coins. After gaining so many coins, you are upgraded to Gold and then eventually Platinum. Based on whichever Elite status you have, you can receive special limited-edition prizes. Now those prizes have finally arrived. There are a total of eight prizes, two of which are exclusively available to Platinum members only.

Those two are a set of three special-edition posters and the official Majora’s Mask soundtrack in a jeweled case. For those not interested in posters or a CD, or those that are Gold members (like myself), you have the option to choose from the remaining six gifts. These include a Nintendo-themed calendar, a Super Smash Bros. download code for Wii/Wii U, a code for WarioWare D.I.Y. for Wii/Wii U, a code for The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening (3DS), Super Mario Land (3DS), or Sakura Samurai (3DS). This is my first time to celebrate along with everyone else and I chose the code for Sakura Samurai, a highly-renowned 3DS eShop exclusive. Let us know in the comments below what you picked and what you hope to see given next year.
