Several screenshots and artwork from Ubisoft’s upcoming Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag have been leaked online and provides us with a glimpse of what multiplayer has to offer. From vine swinging to on-deck shootouts, it would seem that multiplayer gameplay will be rich with both scenarios and scenery. The individual portraits of both male and female swashbucklers will no doubt serve as characters that can be unlocked, similar to the multiplayer set-up in previous installments.

We will probably hear more details about the game during or after Ubisoft’s conference today at E3 that will go live around 2:40 p.m. PDT. In the mean time, check out these screenshots to get your adrenaline rush going. Assassin’s Creed IV will launch at the end of October and early November for PC, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360 while PS4 and Xbox One releases remain undated.
