E3 2013: Sony E3 Press Conference Live Blog
Prepare yourself for Sony’s E3 presentation tonight at 6pm PDT/9pm EST. Sony has a great deal on the line with their presentation, especially following a solid showing from Microsoft earlier today. Strong exclusives and shocking reveals, however, such as the shape of the actual PS4 console, may yet win the day for them. Perhaps Naughty Dog has a trick up their sleeves following the critically-acclaimed The Last of Us? Maybe Kingdom Hearts 3 or a new Final Fantasy are waiting to be announced. That appears to be it for Sony’s conference. They had an extremely strong showing, to say the least.

Cloud Service for PS4, PS3, Vita announced. Gamers can access full games from the cloud.
Destiny in 2014. Partnership w/Bungie/Activision announced for further growth of the game.
Ease of dropping into the fight with your friends is shown. Action quickly escalates as now three players battle together.
Crowd cheers at every big kill and earth-shattering explosion of Destiny. Two demo-players having genuine fun on stage.
Destiny looks absolutely stunning. Showing persistent online co-op as two friends live-demo an assault on a wall.

Ps+ memberships carry over to PS4 as well as PS3 and Vita. Unified membership.
In a direct stab at Microsoft, PS4 games also don’t require any forced online check-ins. Crowd explodes in joy.
PS4 does not restrict Used Games. Crowd goes compltely wild. Rightly so.
Mad Max officially announced, likely in time for the upcoming Tom Hardy film. PS4 has exclusive survival kit.
