Naughty Dog Lead Artist Hypes Up Last of Us Multiplayer

Naughty Dog Lead Artist Hypes Up Last of Us Multiplayer

Just as The Last of Us has seemingly gone gold, Lead Artist Nate Wells took to twitter to hype/tease The Last of Us multiplayer calling it the “best MP ever conceived.” As of now we know next to nothing about the multiplayer, which is a little strange with the game launching in less than a month. That said, Nate is definitely doing his job of hyping up those who are already really excited about Naughty Dog’s upcoming title. Check out the tweet below:

I’ve never been that big of a fan of Naughty Dog’s Uncharted multiplayer offerings, but they weren’t terrible either. The multiplayer really shined in cooperative modes so I’m going to guess that The Last of Us will also feature tons of cooperative game modes rather than the classic deathmatches.  The good thing is we won’t have to wait too long to find out and we can probably expect to hear something soon about the multiplayer modes; otherwise people will start to think it’s not actually the best ever conceived as Nate claims it is.

The Last of Us was originally scheduled to launch on May 7, but was delayed in to June 14 exclusively for PlayStation 3.
