Papo & Yo Now Available For Pre-Order On PC

First released in August 2012 on the PSN, Minority Media’s Papo & Yo captured the attention and earned the praises of the gaming community everywhere with its charm and the story behind the game. Now the company is bringing the experience to the PC on April 18, 2013.

For those who haven’t played it yet, Papo & Yo follows a young boy named Quico and the somewhat confusing relationship he has with a monster. This monster’s personality can change from a calm and protective nature to that of an angry and destructive one when he feeds on neon frogs. To progress through the story, you will need to make use of Monster when he’s in both moods. Papo & Yo‘s story is an incredible take on the relationship that Vander Caballero had with his alcoholic father growing up.

If you haven’t had the chance to play Papo & Yo on the PS3 for whatever reasons, you should pre-order it for the PC at one of the following sites: Steam, Amazon, Desura, Greenman Gaming, and Gamersgate. Pre-orders between now and April 17th will receive 10% off ¬†of the retail price of $14.99 and the original soundtrack as a bonus. The soundtrack will be made available via iTunes and Amazon for $5.99 on April 18th to coincide with the PC release.
