Hotline Miami To Spill Neon Blood On PS3 And Vita This Spring

When Hotline Miami first arrived on the PC gaming scene, it was praised for its stylish graphics, killer music, and amazing gameplay. Since its release, Hotline Miami has gone on to sell over 300,000 copies and win numerous awards. Not content with just staying on the PC, the action title will soon be making its way to the PS3 and Vita later this year.

Shahid Ahmad, Senior Business Development Manager for Sony Computer Entertainment  Europe, comments:

“Our team have been fans of Hotline Miami from the very start and we are absolutely thrilled to have such a brilliant game launch on the PlayStation
platform. The intense visuals and pulsing soundtrack are perfectly suited for PS3 and PS Vita and we can’t wait for PlayStation fans to see what Hotline Miami is all about.”

No date has been set for Hotline Miami‘s release on Sony’s PS3 and Vita consoles except that it will be sometime this Spring. Also, those who might be worried about having to buy the title twice so they can play it on both consoles shouldn’t worry. It was also announced today that Hotline Miami will support cross-buy and cross-play. While a price has not been officially released, a reply to a comment in the PlayStation Blog by Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker hints that it could be under $9.99.
