Humble THQ Bundle Goes Live

Humble THQ Bundle Goes Live

Humble Bundles in the past have been a great way for indie developers to get their titles out there and allow gamers to donate to both the Child’s Play Charity and American Red Cross. Given that all previous Humble Bundles have been about indie titles, it’s not hard to see why many were surprised to see that the latest Humble Bundle revolves around THQ. A company that isĀ responsibleĀ for publishing such titles like Saint’s Row The Third, Darksiders, and WWE 13, THQ is not an indie company. However, it is a company going through some tough times.

Regardless of how you view this, you have to admit that the chance to pay what-you-want for some of THQ’s finest titles is not worth passing up. If you are against THQ and the Humble Bundle company going against what the Humble Bundles are supposed to be able, you can always give your full purchase amount to charity.

The titles available in this bundle are:

  • Darksiders
  • Metro 2033
  • Red Faction Armageddon
  • Company of Heroes
  • Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts
  • Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor
  • Saint’s Row The Third (available only if you pay more than the current average)
  • The soundtracks for Saint’s Row The Third, Darksiders, Red Faction Armageddon, Company of Heroes

It is worth noting that while the games are not DRM-free and will only work for Steam users on Windows, the soundtracks are DRM-free. Also, you must pay over $1 to receive the Steam keys.
