  • Costume Quest: Grubbins on Ice – 400 pts 200 pts – Continue your quest by exploring the monster world Repugia. Face new enemies while collecting additional quests, costumes, battle stamps and creepy treat cards.
  • Happy Action Theater (Kinect) – 800 pts 400 pts – This minigame collection is reminiscent of the old PS2 EyeToy games. Play 18 different activities using your Kinect. While it’s not the most compelling offering from Double Fine, small children may get a kick out of it and it’s definitely fun to mess around with casually amongst friends.

Xbox LIVE Arcade

Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise

Release Date: October 10, 2012
Price: 1200 pts
Developer: Behaviour Interactive
Publisher: 505 Games

I didn’t realize that the retail game succeeded enough to warrant a sequel in arcade form. While the original game was buggy, repetitive, somewhat disturbing and downright stupid at times, something about it kept me interested enough to finish it. Although this downloadable sequel seems to retain the same stealth gameplay I kind of enjoyed, it looks to be a bit overpriced at $15.

Worms Revolution

Release Date: October 10, 2012
Price: 1200 pts
Developer: Team 17 Digital LTD
Publisher: Warner Bros

Worms Revolution sticks an exploding sheep under worm-on-worm conflict and blasts it squarely into the 21st century. With 32 single player missions, 20 single player puzzles, online or local multiplayer for up to 4 players, 3 multiplayer modes, customisation, worm classes and dynamic water!

  • Alvin and The Chipmunks Chipwrecked (Kinect) - $19.99 – Another Kinect dancing game huh? This time starring the Chipmunks. Seriously after reading the title there shouldn’t be any reason to be reading this description. Look away. Go spend your money on something more worthwhile.
  • Ice Age 4 (Kinect) - $39.99 – Based off the recent movie, play alongside the film’s characters in this collection of motion-based minigames. Please don’t even contemplate downloading this game because you know full well that you can find this for far more cheaper anywhere else and that’s if you really had the desire to frolic along the antarctic.
  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings – $39.99 – Finally a good game! The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings features a thoroughly engrossing, mature storyline that defines a new standard for realistic,non-linear game narration.
