Xbox 360 Getting HBO Go on April 1st

Originally slated to launch on the Xbox 360 alongside YouTube and Xfinity On Demand late last year, HBO Go has finally been given a release date. HBO co-president Eric Kessler said at an HBO event last night that HBO Go would come to the Xbox 360 on April 1.  This perfectly coincides with the premiere of the second season of Game of Thrones letting Xbox 360 gamers have the chance to watch the highly lauded series.

HBO Go is a subscription based service that provides users instant access to all of their favorite HBO shows, hit movies, sports, comedy and more. Aside from the appeal of watching hit shows True Blood and Game of Thrones, users gain access to bonus features and behind-the-scenes extras. To sign up, check out the HBO Go website or wait until the app launches come April 1.
