Deus Ex: Human Revolution Sells Over 2M

It’s that time of year: lots of big titles, lots of financial results, and Square Enix is the latest to reveal their numbers, including the sales figures for Deus Ex: Human Revolution (which our own Kyle Prahl gave outstanding marks). It was a big hit for the company, selling 2.18 million copies worldwide.  Interestingly, the game did better in Europe than here in the US, with 1.38 million units sold in PAL regions versus 800K in the US.

Square Enix recorded profits of ¥3.704 billion ($47.39 million), but decreased revenues of ¥57.516 billion ($735.26 million) for the six-month period ending in September.
