My favorite villain would have to be the Riddler. Sure, Joker is his arch-enemy but, Riddler is just as bad as Joker! Witty, sick, twisted, and sometimes his riddles are just too much for the Batsy! =]
Mine would definitely have to be the under appreciated Calender Man. I mean come on, a character who can center his crime around the magic of Christmas, or St. Patrick’s day? That’s just awesome. Can’t wait to see what he does for next year’s international talk like a pirate day.
@MyLastThought
I’m quite a big fan of The Riddler myself…but specifically, 1960s “Adam West as Batman” Riddler.
“What has yellow skin and writes? A ballpoint banana!”
My favorite villain is Bane because he doesn’t live by today’s laws and regulations over steroids. When the “Man” says stop juicing, he just gets bigger.
My fav is obviously joker, I remember him in the animated series, the movie with jack nickilson and even now he is a mainstay. DarkKnight and the 2 new batman games.
Has to be the joker. I know it’s not the most creative choice, but I love the twisted nature for a villain.

While Batman has a great catalog of villains if I would have to single out one it would have to be Two Face. While he might not be the most notorious Batman villain his past with Bruce Wayne really make him stand out in comparison to the rest of the villains. Feel like Two Face is one of the villains that define Batman as a character as well. While Batman does tend to be overly serious at times, you can tell Harvey Dent’s tragedy weighs heavily on Bruce.
Favorite villain is EASILY the joker, nothing even stands close.
sexy sidekick? YES
creepy makeup + face? yes
fail interpretation of himself from the 60′s? YES
Dr. Freeze b/c I love the element, water!
My favorite villain has got to be Joker! Always having that grin on his face! ;)
My favorite villain is Poison Ivy, for very shallow reasons. Sorry, I’m just really into redheads. [shrugs]
Twitter: @eugaet_aux
I <3 The JOKER he always adds a bit of comedy and crazyness to serious situations with Batman he also has wonderful toys and that whole circus theme going lol
@Nikibaby219
I would have to say my all time favorite villian would be by far the riddler, i just love his riddles of finding secrets out and how messed up in the head he is, also you gotta love his signature ? Marks all around the movies and games, he’s by far not only my favorite villian in batman but my all-time fav villian! Thanks so much for the chance to win the GOTY in my opinion :)!!

I like “Two-Face” the best. Mostly because he is torn between good and evil.

@colddomination
I’m gonna go with Harley Quinn. Anyone who can call the Joker “Puddin” and not die, is BAD ASS!
Joker the og and true nemisis
Joker is my favorite villain, no other bad guy is like him.
Clayface. His origin in the Batman Animated Series was great and tragic. I’ve been drawn to the character ever since.
My favorite villain is The Red Hood because he knew Batman best.
@leoslimbo
Fav villain is the Riddler since his days in the 60′s TV show.
@MSGjk
Scarecrow has to be my favorite. He’s definently the creepiest of Batman’s villians, and he gave me serious chills in Arkham Asylum. He needs some bigger roles!
My favorite Batman villain is Killer Croc. He doesn’t need intelligence, riddles or some gimmick. He is a straight up monster. He uses physical power to overwhelm his opponents.
@Aerc
Definitely the Joker. After reading The Killing Joke and everything that went on with Barbara in that, no other Batman villian comes close. He’s just twisted.
@goodbyetonight
It’s an obscure choice, but I would say The Ventriloquist is my favorite villain. He’s not a very well known Batman villain, but he certainly should have been.
The complex relationship between the timid, quiet Arnold Wesker (The Ventriloquist) and Scarface (his puppet) is a really fascinating example of the psychological damage and mental instability that most Batman villains are known for.
My favorite villain would be Poison Ivy. Why? Only because she’s awesome(aka HOT).
The Riddler, because he is brilliant but slightly deranged. Sometimes I feel the same way.
Killer Croc. I loved the rendition of him that rockstar created for Arkham Asylum! The characterization of Bane from the original appearance during the 90s would be a close 2nd.
I really love The Riddler. The way he likes to mess with the mind and really is only motivated by Batman’s ability to solve his riddles. It may help that I’ve always been a fan of riddles too.
I love the Mad Hatter.
I am a fan of the Batman animated series and I am a fan of Alice in Wonderland. The Mad Hatter seems like a cool villain ^^
The Joker, he is just so fraking insane that he could do anything, anything,there is no predicting his reactions. That makes him the the most dangerous and most interesting.
@mysticfail
Ra’s al Ghul, because he has been terrorizing the world before Batman and most of his villains was born.
Dr. Harleen Quinzel aka Harley Quinn
because shes tough, smart and just a good bit of crazy
Favorite villain would Hush. He’s driven some of the major villains out of Gotham in the past and manipulated others into being his pawns. He even went and cut out Catwoman’s heart after she saw his face; surgically altered to match Bruce’s.
I’d say that my favorite Batman villain currently is Mr. Freeze, but that may just be because the most recent movie I watched was the George Clooney. Additionally, how many other villains can claim to have killed the dinosaurs?
Few. Few indeed.
My fav is the Joker! Love how much him and Batman piss off each other!
Alfred is my favorite villain, because he doesn’t always do as he’s told and can be a real jerk sometimes.
Gotta go with Riddler, every rendition of him has been awesome. Riddles are always fun, too. =)
Favorite villain has too be bane great character and really the only one who broke batman’s back , who does that joker cant , anyways im excited he will be the villain in the next movie whoo , hope i win :D
Twitter : @spyroyoyo
For me, my favorite villain is definitely The Penguin, there’s just something interesting about short fat rich people getting beat up.
Liked you guys on Facebook and Twitter (@LocoElBob) and tweeted about the contest
Sent you the email
Thanks for contest guys!
Mr. Freeze, not the Arnold Schwartzenegger one, the real Mr. Freeze.
Does anyone remember the KGBeast? Personal favorite! Back in the 90s I won a bike from Noble Roman’s, and a few copies of a Batman comic… they had the KGBeast storyline, and I thought it was great!
My favorite villain is Ra’s al Ghul. He wants to screw over/save the whole world (at least in the comix). But sometimes he works with Batman, and his daughter’s in love with Bruce Wayne.
Also the joker for me. Solidified by Heath ledger”s portrayal. I love the mayhem for mayhem’s sake attitude.
@segagal
My favorite Batman villain is Joker, because he’s responsible for turning Batgirl into Oracle, my favorite DC hero.
My favorite villain in the DC universe is Clayface. I feel he’s a satirical look at Hollywood and takes an actor’s ultimate fade out of the limelight to an extreme (he starts killing people).
Mr. Freeze! How much more romantic can a guy get than freezing his wife and trying to find a cure so they can spend their lives together?
joker… most icon villan… virtually symbolizes the batman universe and gothams atmosphere
Mr.Freeze the Ahnold one because of his cool and corny catchphrases.
Of all the enigmas… My favorite villain in the batman universe is edward nigma! A.k.a the Riddler! He never seems to get enough praise as being a good villain, yet the manic master of tenigma has outwitted bat brain on many occassions!! riddle me this riddle me that who’s afraid of the big black bat!
I would say Penguin because, you never know what feature that Umbrella will have next but, I have to say Joker is my favorite. He’s more creative,unique gadgets, has an awesome assistant, Harley Quinn and always know how to push Batman’s button.
I will say Joker because he is a mirror to Batman. He employs gadgets and toys to ply his criminal trade, just as Batman does to enforce law and order.
Personally, I really love Mr. Freeze, just because hes so dang epic! He has an epic suit and such, as well as an incredibly weapon! A Freeze Gun :D
The Joker. Mark Hamill made him awesome. Plus he gave us Harley Quinn.
The Mad Hatter. He was just so random it was funny. I loved his episode in the animated series where he started controlling people with those cards.
The Riddler, I like how he is extremely intelligent and toys with Batman with all his fun and games riddles.
My favorite villain is Clayface, being anyone you choose to be is a very clever thing for a villain to have at their disposal. He wouldn’t be anywhere near as impressive if he were an ally.
The Joker has to be my favorite. When I think of Batman, I group him with the Joker. You can’t have Batman without the Joker. He is a classic character. I grew up watching them. So he is my choice hands down.
My favorite villain is The penguin.I loved when Danny DeVito played him in batman returns and when he bite the guys nose off lmaoooo..
@hestar69
My favorite Batman villain is Deadshot. I enjoyed his story in Gotham Knight.
Favorite batman villain is the riddler. The riddler uses his superior intellect to baffle and insult the dynamic duo (and occasional trio). Plus, his only downfall is his cockiness. He would be unstoppable if he had only kept his ego in check!
My favorite villain is Scarecrow. I like him because he uses fear as a weapon just like Batman.
My favorite villain is Bane. Because he totally pwned Batman that one time when he broke his back.
My favorite villain is Bane. Because he totally pwned Batman that one time and broke his back.
My favorite villain is Two-Face. It’s because of Harvey Dent that one of my favorite comic book characters of all time, Renee Montoya, had some of the best stories.
If it wasn’t for Harvey hiring a private eye to out Renee as a lesbian, I wouldn’t have in my life the role model that she became in Gotham Central. It was his determination to have a relationship with her that made this come about, through the rejection she handed him.
I just absolutely loved his storyline during No Man’s Land, where his coin just kept coming up heads and he found himself doing good deeds, and I think that was where I first fell for him as a character.
His design and attitude in general, from his transition as a “good man” in Gotham to another one of the rogue’s gallery, make Two-Face my favorite character.
I have always like the Riddler…because I like solving those riddles he gives! Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Twitter: @PriusGuy2004
I would have to say the Riddler is my favorite villain. He pushes Batman to the limit mentally like no other villain does. Having villains like The Riddler and The Joker really sets Batman apart from so many other super heroes.
I would have to say king crok is my favorite villian. If i had some gator shoes me & him could kick it to take down the batman.
My favorite Batman villain has got to be BANE. If you guys read the actual comics, Bane didn’t just break Batman’s back, he broke Batman’s will. He’s alot more than just a walking neanderthal if you ask me. Plusss, we will finally see what he will bring to the table when Dark Knight Rises releases next year! Woot!
Ra’s al Ghul: He’s the only Batman villain who actually understands Batman, in my opinion. He’s classy. He thinks he’s the good guy. He’s essentially immortal. He’s also the only villain to think on a global scale instead of a local one, like other Batman villains… ie. Joker.
the joker. Hes always 2 steps ahead
Harley Quinn because she is an awesome villain sidekick!
Catwoman, easy on the eyes and you gotta love the feisty villian!
@contestfollower
Thanks!
Favorite is Harley Quinn, because she comes from the epic+awesome BTAS.
Thanks for the contest!
Poison Ivy because she uses plants for her evil deeds.
Ra’s al Ghul. He was one of the few villains to come back from the dead in the batman comics(to my knowledge) and although he’s batman’s rival, he still shows him respect. He’s also not exactly evil; he does have good intentions but just a misconstrued way to achieve them.
Oh and thanks for the giveaway! Good Luck to everyone! :D
My favorite Batman villain would be The Joker. He is the Batman’s ultimate rival and knows how to push his buttons. People say he’s crazy I say he’s a genius.
It’s a tough choice, as there are a lot of great Batman villains, but I’ll go with Scarecrow. The very idea of someone bringing your nightmares to life has always been deliciously evil to me, and Scarecrow’s sections in Arkham Asylum were just plain awesome.
Thanks for the contest!
My favorite villain is the Riddler…mostly because my youngest can’t quite say his name right so it sounds like “the Diddler”. Diddle me this….:)
My favorite villain would have to be the Joker. The way he was portrayed in Dark Knight was phenomenal! Definitely one of the best around.
The Joker, because Jason Todd deserved it.
I’d have to go with Two Face out of all of Batman’s Rogues gallery he is the most complex since he isn’t swayed by whats right or wrong but only by chance with a flip of a coin. Also he’s a snappy dresser too. :P
@Chronorayven
FB Ray Del Pilar
Did email bonus too. :)
My favorite is a classic and a staple: The Joker. He is the complete antithesis of Batman and the perfect foil. He delights in chaos, whereas Batman is all about control, organization, and order. It helps that The Joker has such a distinct image that you can recognize it right away if someone just showed you some splotches of white, green and red. Maybe a little purple if someone still doesn’t get it. Not to mention he gets such wonderful actors to portray him like Heath Ledger and Mark Hamill (Hamill will always be my personal favorite).
He just completes Batman and the two can’t live without the other :)
My favorite villain would be joker would doesn’t say it’s Joker. The man is a genius loves toying with Batman
Dr. Freeze, becasuse he wants to revive his wife T_T lol
FB: Zed mort
EH I’ll just go with Joker, he’s pretty good for a villian.
@downsouthtigger
Firefly – because he’s the only one of Batman’s enemies who uses a real world ‘device’ to battle against Batman, Fire. He is not only a threat to Batman himself, but the entire city of Gotham.
My favorite villain is Two-Face, always saw him as what could have happened with Bruce if he ever had a psychotic break.
Well, Deadshot is probably my favorite batman villain not only because he has a code of ethics that he follows no matter what, but how can you not love a guy who pretty much joined a team with the intent to die an amazing death. Joker is awesome too, but seriously deadshot is under appreciated.
Hush has to be my all-time favorite. I must’ve read my collectors comics that introduce Hush a hundred times and I was so excited when I found out he was in the game. He is such a story driven character and they took a premise that was someone boring and overdone for a story and breathed new life into it with the character of Hush.
Frank Gorshin’s Riddler. He completely out shined everyone else on the the show and is still the greatest Batman villain ever.
My favorite villian would have to be Cat woman!!! she does a great job Hail to having more women villians
Ra’s Al Ghul. He is the perfect villain for Batman. He represents a father figure with goals and aspirations that are essentially evil. He’s powerful where Batman doesn’t really get a whole lot of powerful villains. He gets crazy ones mostly.
My favorite villain is definitely Scarecrow. Just considering how much he messes with the victims mentally is just…cruel. What a jerk.
My favorite villain in Batman’s rogue gallery has to be the Joker, but more specifically, Mark Hamill’s portrayal of the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series. He has done such a superb job with the role that it is hard for me to imagine anybody else in the role. His performances in “The Laughing Fish”, “Harlequinade”, and “The Man Who Killed Batman” defined the character for me. If Batman is a representation of society’s desire for order and security, the Joker represents the polar opposite on that same spectrum: the chaos and freedom that comes from embracing madness.
As the Joker said in the classic “The Killing Joke” by Alan Moore, all it takes is a single bad day.
I’ve settled on Bane. Not just for the fact that he snapped Batman’s spine (which too many people are settling on), but also for the way in which he got to Batman. Had somebody else just pointed Bane at Batman, he would simply be the dumb brute from the movies. In the comics, though, Bane is actually a skilled tactician, as well as a keen thinker. To deduce who Batman is, come up with a plan to beat him, and then execute that plan successfully is something I haven’t seen in any other villain.
Easily the Riddler has always been a favorite, a man who pretty much all he does is leave behind puzzles that I always try and solve alongside batman has always been the best.
