Peace Walker HD Gets 4-Player Co-Op

Peace Walker HD Gets 4-Player Co-Op

With so much Metal Gear┬ácontent already included, the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is sure to please series fans when it launches for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November. However, it seems Hideo Kojima and his team aren’t finished with adding goodies yet. Confirmed via Kojima’s official Twitter feed, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD will feature 4-player co-op over PlayStation Network or Xbox LIVE.

The addition of co-op multiplayer is great news for Metal Gear fans and tops off an already impressive package. As previously reported, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will contain HD remasters of Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. The inclusion of Subsistence means that gamers will also have access to Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, which originally came packaged with that version. Add in enhanced sound and Trophy support, and you’ve got one heck of a stealth-action package on your hands.

Sound off in the comments if you’re excited for more Metal Gear Solid multiplayer, and stay tuned to Vivid Gamer for more on the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection as it vies for sales with a number of high-profile November releases.
