Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Bundle Revealed

Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Bundle Revealed

It’s hard to believe that in only a couple months, Wii gamers in North America will have a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in their hands.  The game launches on November 20th, and today, Nintendo announced a very special bundle for Zelda fans.

In addition to purchasing the stand-alone game for $49.99, you will be able to purchase the bundle, which includes the game and a special limited edition gold Wii Remote Plus controller. The bundle will sell for $69.99, and the gold controller will not be sold separately.  As an added bonus, every copy in the initial production of the game will come packaged with a special music CD featuring orchestral arrangements of select songs that will be performed at The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert. In other words, if you hunger for the controller and/or the soundtrack, you might want to pre-order to ensure you don’t miss out on these special bonuses.

By the way, the controller will only be gold in color, and won’t actually contain any precious metals.  Nintendo thought it was important that I point out that fact.  Still, it’s a nice plus for fans, especially if you don’t own a Wiimote Plus or MotionPlus accessory, required to play the game in all it’s sword swinging glory.
