Skyrim Will Allow Same-Sex Marriage

Skyrim Will Allow Same-Sex Marriage

When The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim launches on November 11, players will be treated to a level of character interactivity that trumps anything Bethesda Softworks has offered before. We’ve known for some time that the game will allow you to forge relationships with NPCs, extending from simple combat alliances to full-blown marriage. Bethesda’s heart is set on offering the ultimate role-playing experience, so allowing players to engage in the full range of sexuality is a natural fit. Here’s hoping for no media fallout from this announcement, for Skyrim now looks to be a major milestone in the push for true freedom of expression in video games. Please be respectful as you post your thoughts in the comments below, and stay tuned to Vivid Gamer for more on this fantasy epic as we inch closer to release.
