Xbox 360 Bluetooth Headset and TV Remote Due in November

Xbox 360 Bluetooth Headset and TV Remote Due in November

Microsoft is reinventing and enhancing their Xbox 360 wireless headset and media remote. Hopefully, both products will receive fewer complaints and be more satisfying to the consumer this time around. Both products are due out in early November of this year.

The new and improved media remote is announced on the heels of Microsoft’s E3 announcement of a TV service. We are still unsure if the remote is compatible with the service, but it seems as if it is. The new media remote will cost you $20.00.

Even bigger news, the new Xbox 360 wireless headset is not only sexy and sleek, but it is also Bluetooth. While the connection to your Xbox 360 will still be through radio frequencies, you can now use the headset for other devices like your cell phone and PS3. Because the connection to your Xbox 360 remains the same, it is unclear as to whether or not the connection issues that many people have with the current iteration of the wireless headset will still occur. The new headset coming in November will cost $60.00.
