Castlevania Harmony of Despair Coming Soon to PSN

Castlevania Harmony of Despair Coming Soon to PSN

For almost one year, Castlevania Harmony of Despair was available exclusively for XBLA. Soon, PS3 enthusiasts will be able to play this fan-favorite game.

Castlevania Harmony of Despair is a 2D platformer that offers a six-player online co-op mode in addition to the single player mode. New for the PS3 version is the addition of the “Beauty, Desire, Situation Dire” map pack and four-player local co-op.

While critic reviews for the game were average, it seems to be a favorite amongst the Castlevania fan community. The game is said to have its low-points, such as lack of direction, but it can still be pretty addictive.

The official release date has yet to be announced. As for the price, the game on XBLA is roughly $15.00, so expect it to be $15.00 to $20.00 on PSN because it will offer the local co-op mode and include extra maps.
