E3: Forza Motorsport 4 Demo Footage

Turn 10 Studios debuted Forza Motorsport 4 during E3 with some in-game footage as well as some notable additions.  They’ve improved the visuals creating even more realistic graphics for the vehicles from over 80 different manufacturers.  A new light engine was introduced as well as the “Create A Car Club” for the Forza community.  Share custom cars and dominate other clubs or even play against your friends whether they’re online or not with the new “Rivals Mode.”

Perhaps the most interesting addition however is the interaction with the Kinect sensor.  You can walk around your cars in a virtual showroom, crouch to look at details and even open the doors and hood using the power of Kinect.  Immerse yourself even further with Kinect Head Tracking, which pans the camera view based on how you naturally look into corners when you’re hard charging.  You can even play the game using a virtual wheel and easily navigate the menus with the Kinect’s voice control.

Forza Motorsport 4 is set to release October 11 in North America, October 14 in Europe, and October 20 for the rest of the world.
