LBP Hits 4 Million Created Levels; Tron and Killzone 3 DLC First Screens

Today via the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that LittleBigPlanet has hit a milestone of 4 million levels shared online. Combined from LittleBigPlanet 1 and 2, more than 4 million levels (4,141,742 to be exact) have been created and shared online by players from all over the world. Media Molecule had this to say about the milestone.

“For us the most exciting thing has always been seeing what the community does with a LittleBigPlanet game when they get their hands on the new features and tools. We’re constantly delighted – and amazed – by their ingenuity and creativity, and it’s so inspiring to see the level of affection that exists for LittleBigPlanet amongst fans around the world.”

They also announced some upcoming DLC that will release on April 26th. The Tron: Evolution Minipack will hit the virtual shelves in a few weeks for $2.99 and comes with a ton of new stickers and two brand new costumes.

Releasing in May is a Killzone 3 minipack, here is a sneak peak of one of the costumes featured in the DLC. This is the Hazmat Trooper costume.
